Loss or damage of leased equipment, due to negligence or improper operation of equipment, is the responsibility of the customer.

General Information and Policies
The Hotel Grand Palace’s policy is to make your stay at the hotel a happy and memorable one. We believe that our qualified and experienced staff will handle every detail and request professionally. The following policies will enable us to properly service your functions:
Please submit your menu selection to our Banquet Department no later than 1 weeks prior to your scheduled function. Our department is happy to prepare special menus including numerous theme parties to suit your group’s needs.
The hotel reserves the right to request an advance deposit to secure function space for groups and in addition a full estimated prepayment 72 hours prior to each function.
We require that you approve and sign all bills at the conclusion of each function. This allows any billing discrepancies to be corrected at the time of the function. In addition, it is advisable to meet with the credit manager on a daily basis to review all charges for this same reason.
Please confirm your guarantee at least 72 hours in advance. This will be your minimum guarantee, which cannot be reduced after this time. In case a guarantee is not received, we will use the estimated number as your guarantee and bill accordingly. We are prepared to serve 5% above the guarantee. Guarantees for Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays are required by 12 noon on the preceding Wednesday.

The hotel provides signs for all planned functions and for group arrivals. No signature other than the hotel’s boards are allowed in the main lobby. The hotel reserves the right to approve any signs put up in the public meeting room areas. The hotel will be happy to set up a hospitality desk for your group in specially located areas.
An experienced staff member is assigned to co-ordinate your group. Electricians and carpenters are available to assist your group with the set up.
Arrangements are available from EUR 30.00 each for table decoration. Corsages and boutonnieres are also available. 48-hour notice should be given for any floral request.
Special menus for sit down dinners or social functions can be printed at a nominal cost.
The Hotel Grand Palace has a fully qualified professional photographer available.
Our professional staff will be more than happy to assist you in composing a low salt, low cholesterol or low calorie meal.
