Best available rates with no booking fees or hidden costs

  • We believe that you will not find a cheaper rate publically available and we also do not believe in hidden costs. 3rd party websites do not always include taxes, credit card fees and other fees; therefore the rate that you see on www.grandpalaceriga.com booking engine is the rate that you will pay upon departure from the hotel.
  • If you find a cheaper rate publically available we will match the rate and extend all “direct booking” benefits to you. To claim please contact our reservations department by sending an e-mail to reservations@grandpalaceriga.com with the dates of the booking search engine alongside, the web address and a screenshot of the booking page.
  • We will process your claim within 1 business day. The same accommodation must be advertised and available to the general public for purchase at the time your claim is made. Once we verify the eligibility and availability of the lower rate, we will formally match the rate. The Grand Palace Hotel will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower rate that cannot be independently confirmed by the Grand Palace Hotel staff.

‘Best available rate’ guarantee doesn’t apply to the following:

  • ID-required negotiated corporate rates; rates offered on membership programme websites, reward programmes; rates obtained via auction or similar process; or rates available only by using a promotion not offered to the general public.
  • Our guarantee does not apply to rates sold as part of a travel package including, but not limited to accommodation plus airfare and/or car hire and/or cruise.
  • Websites selling “secret” hotels, also known as ‘opaque’ sites, where the specific hotel is not known until the booking is made and confirmed.

Complimentary luxury airport transfer with one of our luxury cars

  • All bookings made directly with the hotel online, by email and telephone and confirmed at publically available rates will receive a one-way transfer from or to the airport, railway station, ferry port or bus station in a chauffeur driven Mercedes E-Class or similar.
  • All transfers must be pre-arranged prior to your arrival in Riga. Transfers offered as per the number of persons in a booked room. Guests booking room rates that are already inclusive of a complimentary transfer will receive the second transfer free of charge. The offer is not applicable towards Romantic & Honeymoon and Cultural Packages.

Clear and flexible cancellation and payment policies

  • Our booking site displays all cancellation and payment policies in the clearest manner possible.
  • We understand that plans may change on short notice and in recognition of this, all bookings that are prepaid and non-refundable made directly with us, are eligible to be modified up to 9 months after the original arrival date keeping the original deposit. Grand Palace Hotel has little control over bookings made through 3rd parties and generally is unable to secure changes and refunds for such reservations.
  • For pre-paid and non-refundable reservations the deposit will be held for 9 months from the date of the arrival of the original date. After this date the deposit will be forfeited.
  • All modifications are subject to availability and may be subject to a supplement depending on the date changes. 24/7 customer service should you require urgent assistance
  • By being in direct contact with us, our team members are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure that all pre and post arrival aspects of your stay are taken care of to ensure that you have a truly special stay no matter what time zone you are in.
